KIDS
(6-11 years)
Kids of this age learn in a playful manner the basic techniques. Our youngest kids need special attention and an attuned pedagogical concept.
YOUTHS
(12-17 years)
The training for adolescents is characterized by intensive specialisation as well as a target group-oriented method & didactic that must satisfy this age group.
ADULTS
(18+)
The demands on adults are usually divided into leisure sport or high-performance sport. Both versions have a very different focus and are therefore offered separately.
Children training
For us, the training focuses on violence prevention and self-assertion.
The goal is that the students learn to avoid conflicts and to act solution-oriented. In addition to the actual techniques of kickboxing / boxing, we therefore also train body language, posture and promote self-confidence. Friendly cooperation, respectful interaction and a lot of fun are the most important contents of the training.

– What are the requirements for my child to participate in the training?
If your child is having fun, we have met all the requirements.
– From what age can children participate in training ?
With us it is possible to start from 6 years, but younger children can also participate in the playful training.
